It has taken me many years to summon the courage to share my work. Art is such a personal expression of yourself and by sharing it with others one becomes very vulnerable. Every artist is their own worst critic and it takes a lot to get to the stage where you feel your art is worthy of other’s opinions. My husband recently made the observation that I always say that I have SO many pieces that are not finished. He then asked if I have ever finished anything? My answer to him was simply….NO. I am NEVER finished. I look at every piece and think to myself, “Well, I could probably change this, and does that area REALLY look complete?” So, are you beginning to follow what I am trying to say? It is a continuous process that is never ending, yet always changing…
